could do this fancy, but don’t have to so here’s the redneck way

1 lb of chicken breast or thigh, skin off

1 store bought deep dish pie crust

1 box of roll out pie crust topper (it’s near the ready to bake cookies)

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1 small bag of frozen peas and carrots

½ cup of whole milk

1 tsp pollo bouillon

a lil bit of heavy cream

one egg

1-2 stems of thyme, lil leaves plucked off

1-2 cloves of garlic

half of a small shallot

dash of hot sauce

1 tsp white miso paste

½ cup of grated parmesan

one bay leaf

1 tsp lemon juice

salt n’ pepper (ground up tin pepper, not fancy milled pepper)
